At Quorn Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural stone or porcelain tiles. If you have surplus full boxes or have changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service department via email within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request and receive your authorization number.

  Package Your Goods

  Ensure all tiles are securely packed in their original, unopened boxes and stabilized on a pallet to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Transport

  Organize a tracked courier service to return the goods to our central warehouse, or contact us to arrange a professional collection for a fixed fee.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned batch, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding any applicable restocking fees.
